Toys, Accessories & Other Non-Food Items
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issue with toys, accessories, or other non-food items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
After review, we may approve an exchange or refund. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned and inspected.
Treats & Chews
For the health and safety of all pets, treats and chews are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once these products leave our facility, we cannot accept them back under any circumstances.

Refunds
Contact us at contact@smidginandcompany.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product issue, if applicable.
We will provide instructions on how to return your product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Timing
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Cost for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item shipped).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Non-returnable items: Treats, chews, sale/clearance items, and gift cards.
- Supervision Disclaimer: All pets should be supervised while chewing or playing with toys. Smidgin & Company Inc. is not responsible for individual pet reactions, allergies, or injuries (including dental injury) that may occur.
