Returns & Exchanges
- Treats and Chews: For health and safety reasons, treats and chews are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Other Products (e.g., toys, accessories): Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issue. Upon review, we may approve an exchange or refund, which will only be issued after the product has been returned in its original condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by Smidgin & Company Inc.
Shipping Policies
- We currently ship within Canada only.
- Shipping options and costs are generated during checkout. Customers may select their preferred carrier and speed of delivery.
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless a free shipping promotion or coupon is applied at checkout.
- Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the selected carrier.
